Kimsey is the founder and owner of Progressive Health and Wellness. Her passion for health began at an early age and has never waned. With 10 years in the field, holding two Bachelor's degrees in both Holistic Health Sciences and Business Administration and a certification in holistic nutrition from the Nutrition Therapy Institute, she decided to go back to school and will finish her Master's in Natural Medicine in Spring 2022. She has also completed additional certifications in Functional Blood Chemistry, and Functional Brain Chemistry, and still regularly attends medical and business conferences.
Kimsey strongly believes that education is paramount to success. She has been a repeat guest speaker on Denver's Channel 9 News, CBS Radio, and the Michael Brown KHOW radio show; has been interviewed on many podcasts, and has given corporate talks to organizations including The Zillow Group and GPHI sorority at the University of Colorado, Boulder.
All credentials aside, her clients describe her passion as "infectious", her humor as "contagious", and her methods as "effective." Kimsey is all about getting results while having a good time doing it.
In her spare time, Kimsey loves running with her dog, hiking, backpacking, yoga, skiing/snowboarding, and spending time with friends and family.

Ross Temkin is a 31 year old Chicago born pastry-chef-turned-holistic-nutritionist. Residing in Denver, Colorado, he enjoys hiking, camping, spending time with his 80lb 2 year old rescue shepherd mix, Renly, and loves to cook, bake, and invent delicious low-carb recipes.
After attending the University of Colorado, Boulder for Sociology and Environmental Studies, he pursued his passion for food science and cooking, graduating from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in 2010 with a focus in classic French cuisine and pastry.
The fast paced, high stress life of a chef proved to be very taxing on his health. Dissatisfied with years of modern medicine's approach to a lifetime of unresolved gastrointestinal and digestive issues, he did a career 180, pursuing an education in holistic health and integrative functional nutrition to finally figure out his own gut and health issues.
In 2016, he attended the Nutrition Therapy Institute (NTI), graduating as a Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner in 2018. He is constantly keeping up with the ever-growing world of nutritional science. He is a graduate of Restorative Wellness Solutions advanced course on the Art and Science of Gastrointestinal Healing, and continues his education through RWS' course on hormone health and interpreting blood work to work successfully with chronic health conditions.
His focuses and expertise lie in deep gastrointestinal healing, balancing the gut microbiome, metabolic dysfunction, weight loss, alternative and specialty diets, and is an expert in recipe adaptation and development.
He truly believes that healing is possible once you uncover the root cause of our pain and suffering. Through deep empathy and understanding of others, functional testing, nutrition and supplementation, and true emotional compassion, Ross will help you identify your root causes and set you on a path toward healing and wellness.
